Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular or CranioSacral Therapy (CST is a light touch approach that releases tension deep in the body to relieve discomfort and dysfunction while improving whole-body health and performance.)

Electro-Lymphatic Therapy uses ionized inert gases to break up lymph congestion in the body. It is a safe, drug free method of improving the flow of fluids in the body. It is a non-invasive therapy that rapidly dissipates lymph congestion, improving immune function and elimination of toxins. This is achieved using hand held wand-like instrument that massages the body. Each session last approximately 1 hour.
